A complete design of a new home, including landscaping and pool, creating a lux modern beach house with a touch of Palm Springs.

Every element of the design was carefully considered to create a modern beach home with luxury finishes and effortless design details. The outside was designed to sit comfortably with the original weatherboard houses of the area with extensive use of sandstone giving the house a cottage feel from the front, utilising the gentle slope of the block subtly concealing a 4 car basement and the vast modern interiors of the home. The main living area’s designed around the path of the sun through the seasons, allow in the winter light and subtly temper the mid summer sun. Keeping to a light, airy and earthy palate the house was designed to celebrate the Sydney climate and bring the outside in.
