BENNY'S COTTAGE

Set on 5 acres in the lush Hinterland of Byron Bay the brief was to set this cute but tired original weatherboard home up as both a family holiday home and  desired holiday let accomodation.

Considerable effort was made to keep much of this homes original charm, whilst completely updating to incorporate luxurious modern comforts. The interiors were re configured opening up interior spaces, and included the redesign of two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry.  New flooring was laid throughout.  The home was fully furnished and equiped from bedding to soft furnishings, decor, pictures and all kitchen appliances and utensils.
